ACDS was founded with the belief that cybersecurity can be done better.

Jonathan started his career at Ericsson as a trainee. Working his way up the ranks to Managing Director. Leading on the LBO of the Enterprise business and founded Damovo, raising some €500m in VC funding. He has since been working as the ‘Managing Director for EMEA’ of a number of international businesses. Jonathan has always had an interest in security associated with zero trust. He lives in Surrey on a farm and is an avid horse rider.

Elliott is a technologist with over 15 years of experience in some of the largest and most complex organisations in the world. He has led large technology efforts across the globe in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the US. He’s served as an advisor and technology leader at the White House, US Department of State, the US Department of Defense, United Nations, and UK Ministry of Defence, among others. Most recently, he’s been an advisor on cyber security at some of the highest levels of the US and British military and civilian leadership.

Emma has spent 8 years in the dynamic worlds of cyber security and SaaS companies, including those recognised in the Forbes Cloud 100 list and FTSE 100. Within these companies, Emma has overseen financial and commercial operations as an engine for revenue growth, aligning financial goals with broader business objectives and streamlining operations. Emma enjoys watching West End theatre shows, volunteering at her local animal rescue centre and spending time with family and friends.

Amy is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in personnel, retail, and HR. With a wealth of experience in managing personnel and retail operations, she has honed her skills in human resources, ensuring effective employee engagement and development. Amy's career journey is complemented by her role as a dedicated mother of three, balancing her professional expertise with the joys and challenges of motherhood. Her multifaceted experience and commitment make her a versatile and empathetic individual, capable of thriving in both her career and family life.

Simon started his career with an apprenticeship at IBM, sparking a passion for software development and engineering. This included working on a variety of systems and projects utilising a range of technologies. Simon has achieved a first class honours degree in computer science in which he developed an interest in cyber security.

Alex has a master's degree in spacecraft engineering and spent his postgraduate years developing computational research models to design propulsion systems. Recognising the role of modern software development, he built on these foundations in the geospatial sector working with large-scale software systems. When not on a mountain or in a field listening to loud music, Alex is bringing his system building skills to the ACDS team.

Paige spent 6 years at the University of Surrey. She completed an undergraduate degree and postgraduate master’s degree in the Criminology pathway: Cybercrime and Cybersecurity. Whilst at university, she experienced part-time roles in different retail sectors and had a leadership role for 5 years in her university sports club. She enjoys going to the gym and competing in Ballroom and Latin dance in her spare time.

Dylan began his career in recruitment as a trainee in the private healthcare sector. The relationships Dylan had built allowed him to progress to a fully fledged consultant, enabling him to focus on training, leadership, and quality control. Dylan is passionate about helping people to achieve their business goals, making him a key asset to the ACDS team. When he’s not working, you can find Dylan cooking, riding his motorbike or in the gym.
